How:
For Pag Ibig
– Must be an active member at least two years
– With no outstanding loan balance in Pag ibig
– With good credit record history
– With titled lot named to the applicant
– Must visit first Pag Ibig Office (Calbayog, Catbalogan, Catarman , Tacloban) for application forms and other related requirements
– Meet with Pru Builders Team for the detailed building plan and design

Pag Ibig Housing Loan Requirements

– Construction/ Home Improvement

– Housing loan application with latest ID photo

– Certified true copy of lot title

– Tax declaration (house and lot)

– Real property tax – latest

– Sketch plan and vicinity map

– Complete building plan signed by the Architect and – Engineer

– BIR income tax return

– Certificate of employment
– Filing and appraisal fee – P300

For Bank Financing Requirements
– Photocopy of latest Income Tax Return-ITR
– Original Certificate of Employment with Compensation
– Photocopy of at least one (1) valid ID , passport, license, etc

For Self Employed Individual Requirements
– ITR and Financial Statement for the last 3 years
– Certificate of business Registration with DTI/SEC
– Bank Statement for the last six (6) months
– Photocopy of at least one (1) valid ID (passport, License, Etc.
